QPCR Primer Pair List Analysis
Overview
Lists each primer pair used in QPCR experiments.
Interpretation
Each primer pair entry is listed by its gene, forward, and reverse name with link to view its analysis data. A gene name surrounded by stars ('*') identify a reference primer pairs used in normalization (i.e. an housekeeping gene).
